About the role
Join Alcon’s Early Careers Program as an HR Trainee, supporting payroll and master data management for the Polish entity. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment, gaining hands‑on experience in payroll execution and related HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Process and execute monthly payroll for Alcon associates.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Perform payroll audits and controls according to checklists.
- Collect, review, and aggregate payroll data from multiple sources.
- Respond to payroll inquiries within agreed service levels.
- Coordinate with time‑keeping, benefits, and compensation teams to gather inputs.
- Request funding for payroll, taxes, and third‑party payments.
- Work with Alcon functional areas and external payroll suppliers to deliver end‑to‑end services.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn payroll operations or master data management.
- Fluency in English and any European language (Ukrainian, French, Dutch preferred).
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment.
