Graphic Designer – Health & Fitness App

About the role

Flo Health is the world’s #1 health and fitness app, focused on female health. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that support our marketing, product experiences, and medical education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design static and animated graphics for marketing campaigns, product interfaces, and educational content.
• Collaborate with user acquisition, product, content, medical, and social teams to develop visual assets that drive engagement.
• Translate complex health and scientific topics into clear illustrations and infographics.
• Use user research, A/B testing, and analytics to refine designs for effectiveness and accessibility.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in digital or app‑based environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing designs for ads, apps, and social media.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of After Effects for basic animations.
• Experience with AI‑assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly.
• Familiarity with motion and video editing software (a plus).
