eCommerce Operations Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an eCommerce Operations Consultant to support and manage enterprise B2B and B2C platforms for an international client. The role focuses on day‑to‑day eCommerce operations, order management, fulfilment, production support and coordination with global teams, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily platform operations, business transactions and integration flows.
• Support the full order lifecycle – from order entry through fulfilment, shipment tracking, returns and customer issue resolution.
• Coordinate activities with business users, warehouse, logistics, customer service and technical support teams.
• Provide L1/L2 operational and production support for Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify and BigCommerce.
• Analyse production incidents, prepare incident reports and root‑cause analyses, and drive resolution with technical teams.
• Gather and document business requirements, validate end‑to‑end processes and support UAT, release planning and production readiness.
• Maintain operational dashboards, track KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics.
• Participate in daily governance and stakeholder review meetings.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience supporting eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify or BigCommerce.
• Strong understanding of order management, fulfilment, logistics, product catalogue, pricing, promotions and payment flows.
• Experience with production support, incident management and coordination with technical teams.
• Proven analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in global delivery teams and cover rotational shifts, including 24/7 coverage when required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Commerce or related field.
