Data Migration Lead – Alteryx and Azure Fabric

About the role

Join the Data Migration Factory as a Lead and drive D365 Finance & Operations rollouts. You will operate and continuously improve the migration platform using Microsoft Fabric, Alteryx and the Power Platform while collaborating with rollout teams, migration specialists and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and manage Data Migration Factory processes and capabilities.
• Develop and optimise ETL workflows in Alteryx for extraction, transformation, validation and migration.
• Create and maintain Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, lakehouse and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Execute D365 F&O master and transactional data migrations, including data profiling, cleansing and quality checks.
• Implement monitoring, logging, error handling and performance optimisation for pipelines.
• Support migration testing, cut‑over activities, post‑load validation and production deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or coordinating ERP data migration projects.
• Strong understanding of migration scoping, mapping, transformation, validation and cut‑over.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Alteryx and Power Platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with both business and technical stakeholders.
