About the role

Join Zurich’s Global Data Analytics team in Krakow as a Data Analytics & AI Product Specialist. You will work at the intersection of business, data and technology, turning business needs into scalable analytics and AI‑driven products that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into data analytics and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and set product priorities.
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers and AI Specialists to deliver data‑driven products.
• Design dashboards, KPIs and reporting solutions and support data onboarding initiatives.
• Participate in solution design, testing, rollout and adoption activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of analytics products, processes and user experience.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics, business analysis, product management or consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international teams and fluency in English.
