Data Analyst – MEAL / Programmes (Contract)

About the role

The Data Analyst will support IRC Poland’s MEAL / Programmes function by linking data systems and turning raw data into clear, actionable reports. The position focuses on building and maintaining integrations between KoboToolbox, CommCare and Excel, and creating live dashboards for internal and partner use. It is a contractor role based in Warsaw, expected to run until 15 February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and document OpenFn integrations between KoboToolbox, CommCare and other databases, monitoring flows and troubleshooting issues.
• Establish and sustain a reliable API‑based connection between CommCare and Excel, ensuring data refreshes accurately as forms evolve.
• Develop and update Excel dashboards that combine data from CommCare and KoboToolbox, delivering regular reports on client reach, services delivered and indicator progress.

Required profile

• University degree in data analysis, computer science, statistics or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Practical experience with CommCare or a comparable digital data‑collection platform.
• Familiarity with KoboToolbox or ability to learn it quickly.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Polish; Ukrainian is a plus.
