Visual Merchandiser – Front Office (Ursus)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join the Front Office team in Ursus, Warsaw. You will help maintain the iconic Levi’s brand image in store and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Levi’s brand image by applying Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure products on the floor are well displayed, tagged and aligned with sales targets.
• Train store associates on Levi’s visual standards.
• Provide top‑level customer service throughout the store.
• Submit regular feedback to Head Office using VMR checklists and photos.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant visual merchandising experience.
• Ability to understand and follow VM guidelines and sales reports.
• Creative, trend‑aware and disciplined with time‑deadlines.
• Capable of advising store management on commercial VM ideas that improve results.
