About the role
The Vaccines Sales Team in Poland is looking for a highly motivated and committed candidate for the role of Vaccines Customer Support Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our innovative vaccines portfolio that helps prevent the spread of serious infectious diseases.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and vaccination centers.
- Provide expert support to HCPs on disease prevention through vaccination, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver sales objectives in line with allocated budget and business priorities.
- Plan and execute activities within the assigned territory in close cooperation with the supervisor.
- Create and implement a robust Territory Action Plan to achieve sales targets while complying with company procedures and ethical standards.
- Manage professional interactions with targeted customers in a scientifically valuable and customer‑focused manner.
- Deliver product information aligned with marketing strategy and use recommended promotional messages during sales calls.
- Utilize omnichannel communication channels as appropriate.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks, including CRM reporting, meeting notes, expense reports, and adverse event reporting.
- Act in accordance with high ethical standards at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical Rx business (gynecology experience is a plus).
- University degree, preferably in life sciences or business.
- Positive, proactive “can‑do” attitude and strong self‑motivation.
- Strong scientific background with ability to discuss scientific data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer focus and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively within a team.
- Good planning, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Creative thinking and willingness to continuously learn.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong PC literacy, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general IT tools.
- Valid category B driving license.
