Treasury Manager – Payment Operations

About the role

Skelar is seeking an autonomous Treasury Manager to join its Treasury Team in Warsaw. Reporting to the Treasury Operations Lead, you will own the full payment cycle for a fast‑growing marketing ecosystem, handling over 100 partners including affiliates, resellers and major ad platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute payment growth strategies to support business scalability.
• Lead payment structuring for new projects, ensuring financial efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and optimise payment flows to improve partner engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and e‑money providers, managing account openings, KYC, AML and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align treasury initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of treasury experience in international companies, banks, Big 4 or IT firms.
• Hands‑on expertise with payment systems, cross‑border and multi‑currency transactions.
• Proven ability to handle non‑standard payment situations and assess risks independently.
• Deep knowledge of KYC, AML and compliance processes, able to manage them without dedicated support.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and strong organisational skills.
