Trade Compliance Senior Analyst

About the role

As a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst for Global Logistics, you will coordinate trade documentation and support regional compliance processes across air, ocean, ground, import and export activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage creation, correction, review, validation, indexing and dispatch of trade documents.
• Support customs clearance, certificate management and other regional trade compliance processes.
• Provide operational guidance, troubleshooting and coverage across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure end‑to‑end continuity, accuracy and timely execution of trade operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in global trade compliance, customs operations or logistics.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Project management experience (nice‑to‑have).
