Territory Sales Manager (Instruments, IVS & NSE)

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will promote and sell Stryker's medical instruments, IV solutions, and neurovascular products across the assigned regions in Poland. This field‑based role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, participating in tenders, and representing the company at medical events.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell department products in the Pomorskie, Kujawsko‑Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, and Wielkopolskie regions.
• Develop and implement sales activities to meet budgets and profitability targets.
• Participate in public tenders and conduct training sessions for medical personnel.
• Monitor customer requirements and satisfaction, providing feedback to improve service quality.
• Represent Stryker at conferences, symposia, and medical meetings, and organize such events.
• Establish new contacts and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• Higher education and proven sales success.
• Minimum B2 level English for international trainings.
• Valid driver’s license and mobility within the assigned area.
• No contraindications to being present in the operating room.
