Territory Manager – Ethicon Endo & Energy in Łódź

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager for its Ethicon Endo & Energy portfolio in Łódź. You will be responsible for driving sales of surgical technologies, building relationships with key opinion leaders, and supporting surgeons in the operating theatre.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with surgeons, nurses, and operating theatre management.
• Own the assigned territory, meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Provide market information, analysis and feedback to improve results and accelerate conversions.
• Facilitate congresses, user meetings and events to increase product understanding.
• Manage contracting, pricing and tendering processes within assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical promotion.
• Proficient in English with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Flexible, motivated, hands‑on and able to work under pressure.
• Passion for improving patients' lives and driving results.
