Territory Manager, Endo & Energy (One Ethicon) - Łódź

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Territory Manager for its Endo & Energy business unit (One Ethicon) based in Łódź. The role covers a specific territory, bringing added value to customers, delivering financial growth, providing market information and analysis, and ensuring the improvement and implementation of internal processes. It sits in the clinical sales function for surgeons and requires presence in the operating theatre.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, nurses and operating theatre management.
• Collaborate closely with internal J&J resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Own the territory and assigned accounts, meeting targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Continuously assess and validate customer needs to find insights that improve results and accelerate conversions.
• Organise congresses, user meetings and events that deepen understanding of the offer.
• Manage contracting, pricing and tendering processes in the assigned accounts.
• Develop communication and presentation skills, seeking feedback on them.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Medical Devices products, competitors and the J&J offering.

Required profile

• Master's degree.
• 3 years of successful experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical promotion.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
• Flexible, eager to learn, highly motivated, hands-on and stress resistant.
• Ability to build positive relationships and a strong passion for improving patients' lives.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MS Office.
