Technical Consultant – IT End Device Products

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Consultant to join Bosch’s global “My Printer” product team. In this position you will support the IT End Device portfolio, ensuring seamless and cost‑effective delivery of printing services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Order & Asset Management – manage the full asset lifecycle, issue purchase orders to vendors and focus on operations in Germany.
• Financial Control – develop and maintain financial controls for the global product budget, perform deviation analysis, define corrective actions and oversee invoice verification for all vendors.
• Data & Database Management – create regular and ad‑hoc reports for management and regional teams, ensure data accuracy and drive deeper system‑to‑system integration.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Communication – act as the central contact for country coordinators on financial matters and for vendors regarding contracts and device status.
• Service Support – handle general inquiries and operational incidents related to the printing service.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Finance, Controlling or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Polish and English; German is a plus.
• Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with experience in budget planning, forecasting and deviation analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively within virtual teams and high flexibility.
