Tech Recruiter – AI‑Driven Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tech Recruiter who lives and breathes direct search and leverages AI tools daily. In this fully remote position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for our engineering and product teams, partnering closely with the Head of People and the C‑level leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment end‑to‑end for roles such as Flutter, iOS, Android, Backend, Firmware, PM, QA and more.
• Drive high‑volume direct search as the primary sourcing channel.
• Build and maintain a bench of pre‑vetted candidates for each key role.
• Use LLMs and AI tools for crafting search strings, screening profiles, drafting outreach, and generating candidate summaries.
• Automate sourcing flows, reporting and candidate communication; develop small internal tools when needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, product managers and C‑level executives to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Required profile

• Strong experience in direct search and talent sourcing without relying on job boards.
• Comfortable using AI and LLM‑based tools as a core part of daily workflow.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain a clean pipeline.
• Analytical mindset to assess candidate fit beyond the CV.

Required skills

• Proficiency with large language models (LLMs) and AI‑driven sourcing platforms.
• Automation of recruitment processes (e.g., scripting, workflow tools).
• Crafting effective Boolean and AI‑enhanced search strings.
