Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Voyagu is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its fast‑growing sales teams, primarily supporting the expansion of its Warsaw office. The role is fully remote and operates on a B2B contract, allowing you to work independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume, cohort‑based hiring, focusing on sales positions.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Utilize Breezy HR, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI hiring assistants and other modern recruiting tools to accelerate the process.
• Conduct competency‑based and behavioral interviews, ensuring structured assessments and a great candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring targets, calibrate candidate profiles and shape recruitment strategies for rapid scaling.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with high‑potential candidates and strengthen Voyagu’s employer brand.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.
• Proven track record in mass or cohort hiring and managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Proactive, organized, adaptable and results‑driven.
