Structural Designer (K/M)

About the role

Blue Projects is seeking an experienced Structural Designer to join its Project Delivery & Engineering team in Warsaw. The role focuses on designing and reviewing complex structural systems within multidisciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structural design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and coordinate design and technical documentation.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates and Requests for Quotation.
• Provide support during commissioning, on‑site inspections and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design, preferably on industrial projects.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to organize and manage own work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software.
• Knowledge of structural engineering/design software.
