Specialty Account Manager

About the role

The Specialty Account Manager will own the Specialty Accounts portfolio in Warsaw, driving digital pre‑book and in‑season sales while safeguarding brand standards. The role focuses on expanding Tier 1 account relationships, delivering net‑sales targets and supporting the company’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver seasonal pre‑book sell‑in targets using the BCOM platform and ensure orders are processed on time.
• Analyse data across the organisation to identify commercial opportunities and drive in‑season sales (AT ONCE & ISPR).
• Collaborate with Customer Service and AR teams to support order conversion and cash collection.
• Ensure compliance with MOR, LRN and maintain an up‑to‑date Distribution Blueprint.
• Identify and open new Specialty Accounts, coordinating the onboarding process.
• Promote sustainability initiatives within the Specialty portfolio.
• Gather market, consumer and competitor insights and feed them to the Digital Selling team.
• Work with Sales Ops to develop internal sales tools and improve digital selling capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing specialty or Tier 1 accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to meet pre‑book and net‑sales targets.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales data.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration with Sales Ops, Customer Service and Digital teams.
• Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the BCOM digital ordering platform.
• Experience using CRM systems for account management.
• Ability to perform data analysis and generate commercial insights.
