Solution Sales Professional (Azure)

About the role

Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in Central‑Eastern Europe, is looking for a Solution Sales Professional focused on Azure. You will act as the bridge between customer business challenges and Microsoft Azure solutions, helping clients turn ambiguous needs into concrete, value‑driven opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer business needs and data challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Translate unclear requirements into solution ideas and concrete opportunities.
• Assist sales teams in defining value, scope, and next steps.
• Support qualification and proposal preparation.
• Present solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft teams.
• Identify and pursue follow‑up opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or cloud/IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (infrastructure, networking, identity, data & AI, security, modern workplace).
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, migrations, or automation (advantageous).
• Ability to connect technology with business value.
• Proven experience leading customer workshops and discovery sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and a practical problem‑solving approach.
• Fluent English.
