Solution Architect

About the role

Securitas IT is looking for a Solution Architect in Warsaw to connect its operational services with core enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HR, finance and data platforms. You work closely with the Enterprise Architect and the Enterprise Architecture Team to document current IT landscapes, support impact assessments for changes and new initiatives, and contribute to transition and target architectures. Over time you will own defined domains and become a key partner for business and IT.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Architect in defining transition and target architectures for selected domains
• Develop an understanding of key business processes and the enterprise applications and operational systems that support them
• Maintain and improve architecture documentation, including landscape views, integration maps and process-to-system mappings
• Prepare and support solution design workshops with business and IT stakeholders, and apply design principles, standards and architecture guardrails
• Analyse impacts, dependencies, risks and alignment with target architecture to contribute to solution recommendations
• Contribute to technology roadmaps for selected domains and prepare material for architecture forums and governance decisions
• Support the definition of scope for new implementation programmes and change requests, including functional, technical and process scope, dependencies and high-level estimates
• Deliver solution architecture descriptions, conceptual and logical models, updated architecture artefacts, input to cost and effort estimations, and end-to-end process mappings

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT or digital product development, preferably in complex or multi-country environments
• Experience working alongside enterprise or solution architecture (e.g. solution designer, senior business analyst, integration specialist or application owner)
• Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HR, finance) and/or operational systems
• Experience contributing to solution designs, impact assessments or architecture documentation
• Nice to have: business capability, process or data modelling; architecture tools such as LeanIX; TOGAF, IASA or similar certification

Required skills

• Understanding of foundational integration and security requirements
• Knowledge of business processes and business-facing IT services
• Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and hands-on experience with integrations in complex environments
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills

The role is open to candidates based in Europe and follows a hybrid working model, with office regulations depending on the country.
