Senior Workday Financial Consultant

About the role

PwC Poland’s Workday team is seeking a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to lead finance‑focused implementations for global clients. You will work on complex projects, guide clients through system design, and help translate legacy data into Workday Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financial deployments, driving configuration, testing and data migration.
• Conduct client workshops to gather and analyse business requirements across R2R, P2P, O2C, assets, banking, expenses and intercompany processes.
• Provide recommendations, best‑practice advice and process‑improvement suggestions.
• Support integration teams in designing and testing interfaces between Workday and third‑party solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of ERP consulting experience, with a focus on finance transformations.
• Proven track record leading Workday or other ERP finance implementations.
• Workday Finance certification in at least one functional area.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Workday Finance modules (R2R, P2P, O2C, assets, banking, expenses, intercompany).
• System configuration, data migration and integration testing.
• Workday Implementation Methodology.
• Use of AI‑powered automation and analytics tools in daily work.
