Senior Technical Consultant – Quality Systems

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to help life‑science companies improve quality and compliance using the Veeva Quality suite. You will work with leading pharma and biotech customers, guiding them through implementation, change management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite at life‑science companies.
• Guide customers on enhancing quality and compliance culture through risk analysis, quality metrics and audit readiness.
• Design solutions, act as liaison between implementation, maintenance and product teams.
• Drive change‑management for SaaS migration and support quality processes such as documents, CAPAs, audits and training.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery model improvements.

Required profile

• Significant experience implementing or supporting core business/IT technology solutions.
• In‑depth knowledge of quality management systems, document control and global change management.
• Proven track record leading implementations or maintenance as a consultant or business analyst.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
