Senior Sales Manager – Software & Digital Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth of Bosch Global Software Technologies’ Software & Digital Solutions in Poland. You will be responsible for building the market, winning new enterprise business and establishing long‑term partnerships with senior customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities, creating a robust sales pipeline.
• Translate the BGSW value proposition into customer‑focused value cases and long‑term deals.
• Prospect and collaborate with local and EU channel partners, delivery partners and ecosystem players.
• Engage senior stakeholders across complex enterprise environments and build trusted relationships.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle from discovery and solution positioning to negotiation and contract closure.
• Work closely with internal solution and delivery teams to align offerings and strengthen market messaging.
• Promote near‑shore delivery capabilities and communicate readiness to strategic customers.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT, Business or a related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in technology or services.
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and growing accounts in Europe.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
