Senior Sales Engineer (Remote, Poland)

About the role

Cribl builds the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era, partnering with IT and security teams at major enterprises to help them manage and analyse telemetry for humans and agents. This Senior Sales Engineer position is remote-first, based in Poland, and involves helping customers understand the value of Cribl and solve real data challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls
• Support customers during proof of concept sessions
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation

Required profile

• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations and security
• Background in sales engineering, professional services or support
• Experience working remotely
• Residency in Poland (the company is remote-first but this role requires living there)
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish

What we offer

• Base salary of EUR 126,000 to 157,000 depending on country of employment and experience
• Commission for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, or the corporate bonus program for others

• Up to 30% travel; occasional work outside standard hours due to different time zones
