About the role
We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join Callstack, a leading cross‑platform consultancy. You will work with top Silicon Valley and Fortune 500 clients, shaping innovative mobile solutions and contributing to open‑source projects.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technology consultant, helping clients build high‑quality products for multiple platforms.
- Drive the development process by providing expertise in cross‑platform technologies and solving complex programming challenges.
- Integrate AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Codex, Claude, Cursor) into daily workflow to boost productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with development teams, CTOs, project managers and product owners worldwide.
- Contribute to open‑source initiatives led by our CTO and senior developers.
- Explore emerging technologies and participate in R&D activities.
- Enjoy a fun, innovative work environment.
Required profile
- Strong JavaScript expertise with modern frameworks.
- At least 3 years of commercial mobile app development experience.
- Proficiency in React.js and React Native.
- AI‑native mindset with practical experience using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude or Cursor.
- Fast learner with a passion for new technologies and knowledge sharing.
- Fluent English (minimum B2).
- Passion for open‑source, preferably with documented contributions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self‑driven attitude.
