Senior QA Engineer – Warsaw

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large, growing web platform. The role will bring structure, consistency and confidence to the release process, acting as the final quality gate before production.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement QA processes and standards.
• Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications.
• Own regression testing for releases, migrations and new features.
• Act as the quality gate before production releases.
• Develop and begin a test automation strategy, selecting tools and identifying automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices.
• Mentor junior QA engineers as the team expands.

Required profile

• 5+ years of QA experience, primarily web‑focused.
• Proven experience setting up QA processes from scratch.
• Strong background in manual testing and regression testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
