Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer

About the role

As a Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer you will join Westwing’s global technology team in Warsaw. You will own core development initiatives, optimise system architecture and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance ERP solutions that support the company’s international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement customisations and extensions for MS Dynamics Business Central using AL.
• Lead the technical architecture for Business Central, ensuring scalability, performance and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust solutions.
• Maintain and optimise Business Central environments for high availability and seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain integrations across the IT portfolio using APIs, Power Platform and modern integration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
• Evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services and development tools to drive automation and innovation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code and Business Central development frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable technical solutions for complex business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluency in English.
