Senior Manager – Cybersecurity Consulting

About the role

PwC CEE Cybersecurity Center is seeking a (Senior) Manager to lead cyber‑regulatory, advisory and implementation projects. You will help clients build digital resilience through strategy, governance, cloud security and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital resilience, cybersecurity strategy and governance projects.
• Oversee cloud security assessments for Azure, AWS and GCP environments.
• Supervise reviews of IT systems, networks and data environments against standards and best practices.
• Build client relationships, support sales and business development activities.
• Manage risk assessments for new technologies and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor team members and manage workstreams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory or risk assessment with client‑facing delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive work style and motivation for continuous growth.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Required skills

• Cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Cybersecurity audits and ICT risk evaluation
• Security standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27k, NIST
• Regulatory knowledge (NIS2, CRA)
