Senior Low Latency Java Developer (Warsaw Office)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Low Latency Java Developer to join a fast‑growing fintech company in Warsaw. You will work on high‑frequency trading and digital‑asset liquidity systems where every microsecond matters.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise high‑performance trading system components with a focus on low latency.
• Implement new features while preserving strict latency requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug and continuously improve system efficiency, scalability and stability.
• Collaborate with trading, quant and DevOps teams to integrate solutions in a distributed environment.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on experience building financial or trading systems using Java (C++ experience is a strong plus).
• Deep expertise in multi‑threaded and lock‑free concurrency programming.
• Proven knowledge of low‑latency programming techniques and distributed system design.
• Experience with AWS EC2 and optimisation of cloud environments for minimal latency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polish language proficiency and legal right to work in Poland.
