Senior Flutter Developer – BLE & Hardware Integration (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who has hands‑on experience with BLE communication in production apps. You will work on freelance, time‑and‑material contracts, building cross‑platform mobile solutions that interact directly with hardware devices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications that communicate with peripherals over Bluetooth Low Energy.
• Ensure code runs reliably on both iOS and Android, not just compiles.
• Collaborate with firmware engineers, designers, QA, and product managers to define and estimate new features.
• Investigate and resolve QA‑found issues, including edge‑case bugs.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
• Share knowledge through tech talks, documentation, and pair programming.
• Integrate AI tools into the daily development workflow.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Proven track record shipping apps that interact with physical devices via BLE.
• Self‑motivated, curious, and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Willingness to ask “why” before “how” and challenge assumptions.
