Senior Field Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on senior field marketing professional to lead demand‑generation initiatives for Forterro’s industrial solutions in Poland. The role focuses on both new‑customer acquisition and growth of the existing mid‑market customer base, working closely with sales, BDRs and central marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable, measurable growth‑marketing plans aligned with regional business objectives.
• Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns to acquire new customers, generate pipeline and nurture existing accounts.
• Own the demand‑generation funnel, creating buyer and customer journeys that optimise conversion rates.
• Plan and run targeted campaigns and events to boost product adoption and transition to modern solutions.
• Analyse campaign performance, using data and insights to continuously improve ROI.
• Manage the demand‑generation budget across acquisition and installed‑base initiatives.
• Collaborate with content, digital, BDR, sales and external agencies to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Align marketing activities with new‑business and account‑management teams to support revenue goals.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, CRM, Sales or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and digital marketing, preferably in software or technology.
• Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact for both new and existing customers.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting and optimisation.
