Senior Employee Experience Program Manager

About the role

SOFTSWISS is looking for a Senior Employee Experience Program Manager to shape how employees experience the company throughout their journey. You will integrate experience processes, recognition, listening, and culture into a cohesive system that drives engagement, belonging, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve employee experience processes across all employee moments and daily interactions.
• Align programs, recognition, listening, and cultural initiatives into one connected system.
• Lead employee research through interviews, focus groups, pulse surveys, and engagement analysis, turning insights into prioritized actions.
• Own and evolve recognition programs, introducing new mechanics, boosting participation, and measuring impact.
• Create and coordinate cultural rituals and key moments that bring company values to life.
• Maintain key employee experience metrics such as engagement, belonging, culture pulse, recognition participation, feedback, and retention.
• Develop practical frameworks, templates, and playbooks for consistent delivery across teams.
• Partner with HRBP, Talent Development, Internal Communications, Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Continuously simplify processes, reduce HR noise, and enhance the overall employee journey.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Russian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• 4+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Culture, HR Programs, or a related field.
• Proven track record designing, launching, and iterating end‑to‑end employee experience programs.
• Strong program and project management abilities, handling multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Systems‑thinking mindset to integrate separate initiatives into a coherent experience.
• Experience conducting employee research, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into measurable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
