Senior Data Engineer – FinTech Client #3

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join a FinTech client through SD Solutions. The role sits at the crossroads of technology, compliance and data, driving automation of legal and regulatory processes while ensuring robust, scalable data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and modernize data solutions and ETL pipelines that support compliance control, due diligence and legal automation.
• Maintain data integrity and scalability across large financial datasets, overseeing end‑to‑end pipeline health.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Engineering teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
• Refactor existing flows, optimise alert logic and ensure production stability at scale.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake, DBT and Apache Airflow.
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and containerisation (Docker, Argo Workflows).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, fluent English.
