Senior Data Analyst (Remote, Warsaw)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support pricing initiatives and deliver advanced business analyses for one of Europe’s largest e‑commerce platforms. You will work with massive data sets, turn insights into actionable recommendations, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to influence pricing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support pricing projects and conduct sophisticated business analyses.
• Analyse large‑scale data (Big Data) to inform decision‑making.
• Prepare analyses of price increases and reductions and formulate business recommendations.
• Engage with business stakeholders, presenting findings and participating in result‑review meetings.
• Design analytical solutions and propose process automation opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
• Contribute to initiatives involving Looker, automation tools, and AI applications.
• Work with technical teams to enhance analytical processes.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst.
• Proven ability to lead analyses from problem definition to recommendation delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders.
