Senior Cleanroom/Packaging Supervisor

About the role

Join the Operations team to lead cleanroom and packaging operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This senior position drives operational excellence, builds high‑performing teams, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily cleanroom and packaging operations to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Manage, develop and coach production team members, supporting recruitment and onboarding.
• Plan workforce availability and allocate resources for uninterrupted production.
• Monitor operational KPIs, implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate non‑conformities, drive root‑cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and train operators and contract personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in cleanroom or packaging settings.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen methodologies.
• Understanding of statistical process control and manufacturing data analysis.
