Senior BIM/3D Coordination Engineer

About the role

As a Senior BIM/3D Coordination Engineer you will lead interdisciplinary 3D model management across the full project lifecycle, from FEED to EPC. You will ensure model consistency, drive early clash detection and support Air Liquide’s digital transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated 3D models (Navisworks) across all disciplines.
• Run clash checks, prioritize and ensure resolution per review cycle.
• Enforce Level of Development consistency and modeling standards.
• Identify spatial conflicts and constructability issues early, integrating HSE zoning.
• Support 4D pilot projects and improve BIM processes and tools.
• Provide onboarding and training to project teams on model navigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical or similar).
• Minimum 5 years BIM coordination experience in EPC.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of EPC design flow and clash resolution.
• Fluency in professional English.
• Analytical thinking with ability to evaluate complex spatial issues.
• Leadership skills to act as decision owner for the 3D model.
