Senior BI Developer

About the role

PwC Poland’s Digital team is looking for a Senior BI Developer to design and deliver cutting‑edge business intelligence solutions for clients across banking, insurance and retail. You will translate complex data into intuitive visual analytics that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop the visual layer of analytics and BI solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and turn them into data‑driven opportunities.
• Build real‑time, operational, tactical and strategic analytics dashboards.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements, define metrics and specify data sources.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring clear, actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization and analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI with strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
• Solid understanding of databases, data modeling and experience with SQL and ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx) or Python.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and capture business requirements.
• Excellent command of English for international engagements.
