Sales Manager – Software & Digital Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Manager for Software & Digital Solutions, you will drive the growth of Bosch Global Software Technologies in Poland. You will identify enterprise opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and turn complex customer needs into long‑term, high‑value partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target segments and grow a robust sales pipeline.
• Translate the BGSW value proposition into customer‑relevant value cases that generate long‑term opportunities.
• Prospect proactively and collaborate with local and EU channel partners, delivery partners, and ecosystem players.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and solution positioning to negotiation and contract closure.
• Work closely with internal solution and delivery teams to craft customer‑focused value propositions and align market messaging.
• Promote nearshore delivery capabilities and communicate readiness to strategic customers.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in IT or Business‑related fields.
• 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in technology/services.
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and expanding accounts across Europe.
• Strong consultative sales expertise, managing complex sales cycles from discovery to closure.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a passion for building pipelines from scratch.
