Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products that match their needs and goals.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, visually appealing store layout.
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team to ensure consistent service standards.
• Participate in product, nutrition, and retail training sessions.
• Adapt to shift schedules and store demands.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset with excellent listening and advisory skills.
• Passion for a healthy lifestyle and ability to share knowledge.
• Proactive, energetic, and always looking for improvement.
• Fluent in Polish (native) and English at B2 level or higher.
