Retail Industry Representative – Warsaw

About the role

Huawei, a global ICT leader, is looking for a Retail Industry Representative to drive sales and business development for the retail sector in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on building relationships with key retail customers, identifying new opportunities, and delivering Huawei’s technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to meet revenue targets in the retail industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and decision‑makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Huawei’s market presence.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from opportunity identification to contract closure.
• Conduct market analysis to spot trends, customer needs and competitive developments.
• Collaborate with product, technical, marketing and delivery teams to tailor solutions.
• Organise and participate in customer meetings, workshops and industry events.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast opportunities and report performance to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in ICT or retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.
