Quality Internship – 3‑Month Paid Program

About the role

This is a three‑month, fully paid internship in the Quality department of 3M's Wrocław site. You will gain hands‑on experience in laboratory testing, data analysis, and documentation within an international manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and analytical tests in the quality laboratory.
• Support Quality Technicians with daily tasks and documentation.
• Conduct systematic work and maintain quality records.
• Analyze quality data and assist in archiving documentation.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Production Management, Engineering, Plastics Processing or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Motivation to develop professional competencies in an operational setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
