PSP Financial Manager – Middle

About the role

SoftSwiss is expanding its finance team and seeks a Middle PSP Financial Manager to oversee financial operations with Payment Service Providers. You will ensure accurate reconciliations, monitor liquidity, and support process automation while maintaining strong communication with PSP partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations with payment system providers and investigate any discrepancies.
• Monitor liquidity, top‑up processes, invoice control, and settlement activities.
• Maintain ongoing communication with PSPs and act as the primary point of contact.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders related to PSP activities.
• Participate in automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Assist in creating internal documentation concerning PSP procedures.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or audit.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools (nice to have).
