About the role

The company seeks a Field‑Based Sales Representative to promote and sell neurovascular products for brain aneurysm treatment across north‑west Poland. The role involves achieving sales targets, participating in public tenders, and representing the company at medical events.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell neurovascular products for brain aneurysm treatment in the assigned region.
• Achieve set sales goals and manage the full sales process from contract signing to implementation.
• Participate in public procurement tenders.
• Organise and deliver professional product presentations to doctors and nurses.
• Represent the company at conferences, symposia and medical meetings, and help organise such events.
• Develop new client relationships and maintain long‑term contacts with existing customers.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical field.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong organisational skills, independence and high engagement.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
• No contraindications for being present in an operating room.
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to work in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Category B driving licence.
