Project Manager – Medical Devices

About the role

LiNA Medical Polska, a manufacturer of minimally invasive gynaecological medical devices, is looking for a Project Manager in Poznań. The position is in the R&D department, working in an international, interdisciplinary team on developing medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop medical devices according to the company's Design and Development process.
• Take part in and/or be responsible for turning new products from R&D into manufacturing.
• Support risk management, usability and design validation.
• Prepare quality and technical documentation for design development, testing and regulatory purposes.
• Review project risks and optimise team performance.
• Keep relevant disciplines updated on project progress and lead the project team in line with company values and the steering committee's agreement.
• Take part in audits, CAPA and similar activities as agreed with the line manager.

Required profile

• Technical education preferred, e.g. B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering.
• At least 2 years' experience in the development and manufacturing of high-quality, small-volume products.
• Good understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, such as polymers and metals.
• Experience in other fields such as electronics, software development, design control, user-driven innovation or toxicology is advantageous.
• Medical device development experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Documented project management experience, for example with a professional certificate, is an advantage.
