Project Coordinator – Warsaw

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage language and translation projects from initiation to delivery. Based in Warsaw, you will act as the single point of accountability, ensuring projects meet client expectations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full life‑cycle of assigned projects, juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interpret and follow detailed project instructions while liaising with sales staff to clarify parameters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract translators, proofreaders, and global vendors.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and coordinate with quality teams to guarantee linguistic accuracy.
• Communicate any issues promptly and keep sales teams informed of project status.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in customer service and/or project management.
• Effective interpersonal, time‑management, and organizational skills.
