Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay Support Specialist

About the role

The Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay Support Specialist supports business teams with purchase order creation, supplier coordination, invoice review and procurement queries, acting as a key intermediary between internal stakeholders, suppliers and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders based on approved requisitions and obtain required approvals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the sourcing team to select optimal suppliers and support supplier registration.
• Review invoices and supporting documents, liaise with suppliers and invoice processing teams to resolve queries and ensure timely payment.
• Provide support for purchase‑to‑pay process queries, including escalation handling and basic training.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, summarize information clearly and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, suppliers and support teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts such as cost classification and recording principles.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform (optional but advantageous).
