Polish Talent Sourcer – Krakow (BPO)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Polish Talent Sourcer to join our BPO team in Krakow. You will play a key part in building a strong talent pipeline by identifying and engaging qualified candidates for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through social media, job boards, networking events and other channels.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Screen, shortlist and present candidates that match job requirements and cultural fit.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and track sourcing metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Fluent in Polish with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in talent sourcing or recruitment is highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and research abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
