Poland & Baltics Sales Consultant

About the role

Johnson Controls delivers building technology, security and HVAC solutions. As Poland & Baltics Sales Consultant, you will strengthen local sales execution by improving customer responsiveness, partner engagement, opportunity follow-up and quotation support.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer and partner inquiries with timely follow-up, clear communication and accurate coordination.
• Prepare, track and update quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks that support the sales cycle and improve response times.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and act as a regular point of contact for sales matters.
• Work with the Poland BDM and the wider sales team to identify, prioritise and progress opportunities.
• Engage with partners to support local market activity and strengthen commercial coverage.
• Provide first-level supervision to inside sales associates, including monitoring, technical product training and support on complex sales activity.
• Follow up consistently, remove delays and coordinate internal input to improve opportunity conversion.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, estimation, service sales or a similar commercial role.
• Experience supporting B2B customers, quotations, opportunity follow-up or sales coordination.
• Comfortable working across different markets and collaborating with a regional sales team.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and support a busy sales pipeline.
