Payment Operations Specialist

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join its Warsaw team. You will handle financial transactions across multiple banking platforms, support auditors, and ensure smooth cash positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial operations, urgent payments and controls on incoming and outgoing payments.
• Cooperate with Country Controllers on daily inquiries and analyse payment issues.
• Assist auditors, support SOX testing and coordinate on‑shore and off‑shore teams for compliance.
• Monitor daily cash positioning and ensure month‑end deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• University degree (BA, MA) and good command of English.
• Client‑focus, proactive approach and can‑do attitude.
