Paid Internship – FS Consulting (German language required)

About the role

Join FS Consulting at PwC Poland as a paid intern and support leading international banks in managing regulatory, market, credit and operational risk. You will work on real‑world projects, collaborate with risk, data and technology experts, and gain exposure to cutting‑edge AI solutions for the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in international projects covering credit, market and operational risk, stress testing, IFRS 9, ICAAP, IRB and post‑merger integration.
• Analyze and interpret financial, regulatory and operational data for major banking groups.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for clients.
• Support the development of AI‑driven tools and intelligent agents for risk management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation tasks.

Required profile

• Currently in the 3rd year of studies or a recent graduate (any field).
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Available to work approximately 30 hours per week.
• Interest in new technologies and AI‑based tools.
